Fresh roe from Siberian sturgeon (Baerii) is delicately seasoned with only rock salt and then matured. Enjoy its distinctive Umami taste with no additives, just the original flavour of caviar.
This caviar is generally dark grey to black, has a lovely popping texture and then slowly melts in your mouth.
Its distinctive Umami taste can’t be found in wild caviar. A rich full hazelnut taste is characteristic.
