Sturgeon caviar from Miyazaki Prefecture is flavored with a deep Japanese taste by our own method.

Sturgeon caviar from Miyazaki Prefecture is seasoned with soy sauce and rock salt and aged. The richness of the caviar’s natural flavor and the deliciousness of the soy sauce blend together beautifully during the aging process to create authentic Japanese-style savory caviar. Authentic Japanese-flavored caviar is a perfect match for Japanese cuisine.

The package design was inspired by the wavy pattern of a flowing river depicted in the national treasure “Red and White Plum Leaves” by Ogata Korin, considered the greatest masterpiece of the Rimpa school of painting. Imagine a healthy sturgeon swimming in this current.
